Codyx – Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Codyx. By accessing or using the bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

These Terms govern the use of Codyx (the “Bot”), a multipurpose Discord bot created and operated by:

By using Codyx, you confirm that you:

Are at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age required by your jurisdiction.
Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

When using Codyx, we may collect:

Discord usernames and IDs
Server IDs and channel IDs
Message content and metadata
Configuration preferences and settings

Data from Codyx's configuration panel is stored indefinitely unless manually deleted by a server administrator. Use of Codyx also involves cookies and third-party services (e.g., database storage).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Codyx to:

Spam, harass, or abuse others
Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Engage in illegal activity or disrupt the bot
Reverse-engineer, redistribute, or tamper with the bot

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Codyx belongs to Christian Christiansen. You're granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Codyx as intended.

6. Service Availability

Codyx is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or feature stability.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Codyx access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also remove the bot at any time from your server.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use Codyx. Use is at your own risk.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Codyx after changes means you accept them.
